Two founders. One builds it, one runs it.
Symbaiotic is a senior team led by its founders, based in Dubai, with advisors drawn from large-scale transformation work. The people who map your business are the people who design the system, so the work is never handed down.

Owns the product and the builds. Runs the mapping and the architecture, on the ground in the UAE.

Owns delivery and go to market. Runs the operation behind every engagement.
Who does what
Jake Clarke is co-founder, CEO and CTO. He owns the product and the builds. He runs the mapping sessions with clients, the day in the room where a real job is walked from first contact to the last thing that should happen afterwards, and the architecture that comes out of them. The Symbaiotic OS and the AI executive that runs it are his work, and each deployment is shaped from a map he drew with the client’s own operators.
Gabriele Guarino is co-founder, COO and CMO. He owns delivery and go to market. He runs the operation behind every engagement, from the first conversation through the build and into the live system, and he is responsible for how Symbaiotic presents itself to the companies it works with. If you work with us, he is the person making sure what was mapped is what gets delivered.
The split is simple on purpose. One builds it, one runs it, and both are in every engagement from the first conversation. There is no account layer between the people you meet and the people doing the work.
The build team

Builds alongside Jake on every engagement, so no client's work waits on one pair of hands.
Graeme Bateman is a senior developer on the Symbaiotic build team. He works alongside Jake on every engagement, from the first modules of a new system through to the iterations after it goes live, so that no client’s work ever waits on a single person. The map and the architecture come from the room; the build is carried by a team.
Advisors

Ran change and transformation portfolios of up to £37bn for UK corporates. Five years advising emerging technology companies, with a background in behavioural change.
Gintare Geleziunaite spent her corporate career running some of the UK’s largest change and transformation portfolios, with values of up to £37bn. For the past five years she has advised and worked with emerging technology companies across several sectors. Her background is in behavioural change, and she advises Symbaiotic on how it builds and keeps high-performing teams as the company grows beyond its founders.
On the ground in the UAE
Symbaiotic is establishing its base in the UAE rather than serving it from elsewhere: the legal entity, a founder on the ground in Dubai, and hiring locally as the work grows. That is a practical decision as much as a statement of intent. The method depends on sitting in a room with the people who run an operation, and the companies we work with are here. Our reading of why this matters now, with every figure linked to its source, is on the agenda page.
The three companies we have built for, or are building for, are described under work in production: a creative production company in Dubai, an online coaching business and a Dubai commerce brand. The questions owners most often ask us before we meet are answered under questions owners ask.
Why the founders stay in the room
Because the method only works when the people who do the mapping are the same people who design the system. A map is a dense thing: a day of an owner describing how work actually moves, with every exception and every workaround. Hand it to someone who was not in the room and most of it is lost. So the founders stay in the room on every engagement, the team around them is senior, we work with a handful of companies at a time, and we take on the ones we believe can grow quickly on the system once it exists.
We would rather say no to a company than build it something it does not need, and the first conversation is where we work that out together, at no cost to you.
