For programmes and partners

One operating system, deployed company by company.

For chambers, free zones, accelerators and partners running agentic AI pilot programmes for SMEs in Dubai and the UAE: a one-page summary of what Symbaiotic deploys, why it repeats, what we look for, and where we could be useful. The fuller version is a deck we share on request.

The product

The Symbaiotic OS is one system that holds a company’s pipeline, its work, its money, its people and its documents, built around how that business already runs, in its brand. It includes portals for the people outside the company who need a way in: contractors, suppliers, the accountant. It runs on the client’s own infrastructure.

Pipeline

Every opportunity, owned, with nothing unassigned and nothing dropped.

Work

Approved quote through to delivered, so the plan and the budget never diverge.

Money

Costs, pricing and margin, with what was predicted reconciled against what happened.

People

Who is available, who is performing, and what each person actually earns the business.

Running it is one senior AI executive, not a swarm of agents handing work between them. A single executive puts on a hat and, with it, takes the data, tools and permissions that hat carries: partner support, finance, delivery, people, sales. It holds no authority of its own. It never commits the company, accepts terms or speaks to a client, and escalation triggers are defined per hat. What agentic AI means explains the idea for an owner; the operating system page describes the four parts.

Why it repeats

The same core every time; only the hats and the data change. The four-part method (map, OS, executive, loop), the single executive with scoped hats, and the object model underneath (pipeline, work, money, people, documents) are fixed. Which hats a business needs, its data, its brand and its integrations are variable.

Every engagement produces a system that looks bespoke to the company using it, because it is shaped from a map of that company’s real operation. The architecture underneath is the same each time. The Mandala build was the first deployment specified end to end against a live operation, down to the hats, the escalation triggers, the data model and the access model, and what that produced is now the template. That is why the second deployment is faster than the first, and why the method transfers to the next company, and the next.

Why now, and why here

Dubai has committed to a number, and the private half of that commitment is the larger half and cannot be instructed. Small and medium businesses are most of the emirate’s companies and around half of its GDP and workforce, and a productivity target that depends on them can only be met inside them. Our reading of the agenda, with every figure linked to its public source, is on the agenda page. The short version: adoption is not transformation, and the two-year transition finishes inside each company or it does not finish.

Who we work with

Any industry, one shape of company. The product is industry agnostic by design, because the object model underneath every deployment is the same. Our signed and quoted work already spans creative production, hospitality, coaching and e-commerce. What we look for is a shape, not a sector:

  • Founder-led and small. Decisions are made by one or two people, not a committee.
  • Product-market fit already proven. They have customers and revenue. We are not helping anyone find a market.
  • Blocked by operations, not demand. The work exists. Getting it through the company is the constraint.
  • The founder is the bottleneck. And knows it, which is what makes the conversation short.

Two systems are in production and one is in build: a sales operations hub for a coaching business, a commerce platform and back office for a Dubai supplements brand, and a full business OS for a creative production company working across Milan and Dubai. All three are described under work in production.

From a base in the UAE

We are not raising. Symbaiotic is bootstrapped and building the product from services revenue, and we are establishing a permanent base in the UAE: the entity, a founder on the ground, hiring locally as the work grows. The method only works in person, and the companies we work with are here. What limits us is not capital. It is concentrated access to the right operators, which is where a programme can make the difference.

Agentic AI pilot programmes: where we could be useful

Pilot cohorts

A small number of businesses to deploy into concurrently, so the template proves out at more than one company at a time, with what changed documented as evidence rather than projection.

Case studies

Publish the method and the outcomes so other companies can follow without starting from nothing. Owners copy owners.

Capability

Contribute to training and programmes on what operational AI adoption actually requires of a business, from inside the companies doing it.

Introductions

Access to operators in the ecosystem, which is the channel our work already arrives through.

We are not asking for funding. The useful things are access, a defined cohort, and permission to publish what works. The two founders run every engagement personally, and the questions owners ask page covers how an individual company gets started.
